Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

Help us build and maintain the infrastructure that powers client projects — Kubernetes clusters, Terraform modules, observability stacks, and the CI/CD pipelines our teams depend on every day.

About the role

You'll be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and security of infrastructure across a portfolio of client projects. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to design deployment architectures, build shared Terraform modules, and set up observability that catches issues before clients do.

What you'll do

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP
• Build reusable Terraform and CDK modules for common deployment patterns
• Set up and maintain Kubernetes clusters and service meshes
• Implement CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Design observability stacks: logging (Loki), metrics (Prometheus), tracing (Tempo)
• Conduct infrastructure cost reviews and optimisation cycles

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• Deep expertise in AWS (EKS, ECS, RDS, Aurora, ElastiCache)
• Production experience with Kubernetes and Helm
• Strong Terraform skills — you write modules, not just use them
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
• Security-conscious: familiarity with SAST tools, secret management, IAM least-privilege

Nice to have

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• Experience with eBPF-based networking (Cilium)
• GitOps experience with ArgoCD or Flux
• Multi-cloud experience (GCP or Azure alongside AWS)
